Comments:
2.5 warm up, then 7 x 1000m on the course w/2:30-3 min. or less jog rec. pushed the 1,3,4,6 ones hard while 2,5,7 tempo form.
could not get going the first 1 min. of each one but picked up the pace by the 2 min. mark. 3:13, 3:23,3:16,3:15,3:24,3:12,3:20, then did 1.25 miles easy cool down.
(did the workout in the adistar spikes)
