Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Longerish cooldown. Race went well except for the start where I didnt here the gun and got boxed in for about a mile and a half. A lot better after that. The once nice thing was that I was forced to start very conservatively. Kept moving up well except the last mile I was prarie doggin it a little bit but oh well, still a PR and feel like I have some more.
