Campus loop almost easy

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
5 loops. Got a cramp partway through but nothing major. The slush on the road the Art Museum is on was annoying but tolerable. Other than that it was an okay run.

I managed to get some productive planning done while I was running. Tim and I talked last Saturday about what I should do this season for long-term gains, and more mileage would probably be a good idea. I'll probably be around thirty this week, I figure 40-45 next week. I still want to do at least a workout and a tempo per week over break to keep my legspeed up. Honestly, I'm really not sure where my abilities lie in a mile or 800 since I don't think the 1000 three weeks ago was even enough for me to run it properly. I might wind up throwing a time trial in there somewhere. With that in mind, I'd like to be around 50 miles/week when I get back from break. I'm looking forward to heading home after my last final on Monday.

Sleep: 5.5 hours plus a 1 hour nap the night before and 2.5 hours of naps today. (I was trying to write a paper last night).
