Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 min warm-up jog on the treadmill at AF, then a hard lift, THEN hops at work, THEN 6 x 1min running at noon. Got SORE and a little grabby on the 6th minute so I pulled the plug.
It was irritable in the afternoon, but then immediately improved when I did some light stretching. Tenuous....
