Weather: 48 degrees- So windy!
Comments:
1200m warm up
3x600 with 2 minutes break- 1:48, 1:45, 1:43
3x500 with 90 seconds break- 1:28, 1:28, 1:28
3x400 with 200m jog in between- 69,70,69
1200m cool down
So cold and windy!! This workout was definitally harder then Monday's. All of the intervals started at a slight gradual up hill with 4 turns total in the 600s and 500s and then 3 turns in the 400s. My left hamstring and right groin were still a little sore but in all it was an alright workout. Obviously the intervals Monday were short so this gives me a better indication of my fitness- Minimum rest, windy day, tough terrain....I would say it was a pretty good workout.
