I ran Thursday night and twice yesterday so I was having deja vu about going out for a run. My legs felt terrible when I started but actually loosened up after a couple miles. I really had to go to the bathroom toward the end but felt good otherwise. This was much better than expected. I may need to re-map this because I have myself running about a 9 minute last mile.
