Getting back on track (so to speak)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: High 20's, few clouds, bright moon

Comments:
Mileage 35 for the week. Not my goal but next week WILL be better. I don't have to make any all-day road trips and I have no finals, plus some of my high school friends who run in college are getting back so running with them will make getting out the door and getting workouts/mileage in a lot easier. Haven't heard back from Coach so I'll give her another call. Hoping to run the Mile/800 this year but we'll see. Making sure to eat a healthy diet and getting plenty of sleep (with the exception of last night) which should help with running.
