Ironically, the day Coach finally sent out workouts I decided to make up my own..haha.

I did a fartlek on fisher with 3:00, 1:30, 0:30, intervals with half rest except for the 30 where I had 30 rest. I did 40 minutes of the Fartlek with 2.5 warm-up and cool-down. Abs, Hips.

Good workout.
