track workout with boulet cause the other guys did a track workout of their own. 10 200's for me: a decent workout it turned out to be, even tho i was running a lot on my own cause boulet is slower and all. 33,34,33,33,33,33,33,33,33,32 was what i did, pretty decent. hammy hurts a bit now, figures, but i guess well see how the days off do for it. *shrug*.
