Was really looking forward to this run. Got a bit tedious like all long treks on the dreadmill. Set pace at 7.2 for first 6 miles then gradually cranked it up over the last 2 miles. Got water from the Gym fountain that was really nasty. Drank 30oz anyway. Finnished up last quarter at a sub 6:00 pace. Felt awesome.
