Comments:
This was supposed to be 20 miles. Forgot the glide for the legs and was rubbing raw from about 10 miles. Couldn't make myself go past 15. As it is, I may need a couple days to heal up. Legs were tired, but not pushed into the red zone yet. This was a good pace for me with no breaks. Took a gel at 50 minutes and another at 1:45. Drank at least 45/20. Will count this as a step-back week and go for 20 next weekend.
