Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I tried a progression run...with the first third being probably from 7:30 - 8:00 pace, the middle third being closer to 7:00 and then the last third in the lower 6:00s but the last third I decided to just go off effort becasue I was uphill and into the strong wind...and a lot was on snow covered surfaces which i was sinking into. Abs, Hips, Lifting day 1.
