Exercise Type: Run

Weather: inside at the FH

Comments:
Two laps between back to back 30 sec intervals, 3 laps on the very last. 2 sets of 6X2.

The first set of circuits had about 8 people, next had 3, then 2 and now I was the only one there. People don't want to do the work.

Anyway, this was a good workout. Next week, I'll do three laps for all the intervals.

This is a more accurate measurement of how many k's I did. Totally didn't add it up before. Still an estimate though 2 k wu, 4800m running, 1 k cool down.
