Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Spent most of the day in Volcano and Hilo. Did a 6+ mile hike this morning, and it definitely counted as cross training. It didnt get my HR up, but my leg muscles were getting worked. I felt good on it too.

Got back to the house in the afternoon, and I realized it will be tough to fit in a decent run when I get home Saturday. I went out for a quick one just as it started raining. Ran down the road to HPA and did 2 miles on the track, then ran back. I added on 6 striders in the driveway. I felt really good. No Bengay and my hip wasnt bothering me and my knee didnt pop. My piriformis and bum are still a little tight. The striders felt great too.

This run was all about getting out the door. I know how far I need to go...

Got back, stretched and did abs. Ice later perhaps.

4 x 1:30 plank with pick 4 x 40 abs in between.
