Weather: 40, not windy, clear roads (finally!)

Comments:
I can't say I was expecting this to go well since I have a bit of a cold, but I felt really good which was nice. Mostly just thought about the upcoming track season and next years cross country season and powered through the second part of the run.
I started off easy because I wasn't sure how I was going to feel and the first mile and a half has a big uphill. Came through 1.5 @ 6:26 pace, and the last 2.5 were around 5:55. It wasn't a real sudden jump in speed, but more of a progression from beginning to end. Going to run a longer one next week. Feeling pumped for indoor!
