Comments:
10 5 3 2 1 fartlek at the park. 5 min jog then 4X30s fast w/ 1 min recovery. Warm up didn't feel so hot so I was a little worried, but the workout itself wasn't too bad. Toughest was the 10 min segment. Cool downs really suck when the last half mile is uphill.
