Treadmill Tempo

Comments:
After work I took advantage of the treadmill to get my tempo in. 1.5 mile warm-up then a 5.5 mile tempo at around 5:43 pace with the incline at 1%. It felt pretty good and I was real happy about that since I also ran this morning, that's the first time I have tried a double with a workout as one run...I managed to resist looking at my total distance until I was at 4.76 miles so I was happy with that :) ! Then, a 1 mile cool-down.
