10 Miles for 2010

Weather: 60, windy

Comments:
Run with Kurt. Took off at about 4 to do a 10 miler. Started OK, but i could tell my legs were pretty dead. We got out into the country and the wind was raging. We ended up running into it for over 3 miles which took it out of my legs more. We managed to get back into town and out of the wind when i started to become very aware of some chaffing. I could just not catch a break today. Feeling pretty defeated, we ended the run early. I went home took a nap and got some food in me. Then I mapped it and discovered that we were going much faster than it felt. So I guess i was pleased with the run for how terrible I felt. Went out later just to get in the last bit of mileage to boost it to 10. 2010 made me work for this last run.
