Comments:
It was amazing outside, like 59 degrees (yeah Joe, your 49 makes us Ohio people feel so terrible). Although I technically am still not supposed to be running again, I couldn't pass it up. Did an easy 4 with TJ from Grant, headed up the hill to start today instead of the normal way.

Stretch after. Did 5x30 abs plus 1 min 3-way planks and pushups/dips before the run.
