Comments:
1 mile warmup, 10x 1:00 (.15mi) on Stouts Road, headed to Servis to do the 2 minute repeats and found the hill wasn't long enough, so I took the longer, hillier route back to my high school to finish off the run, working the uphills as per coach's instructions. Didn't feel great and STILL sick.
