P90x with Duffy & Mr. Guise, and Amber
-Pretty Easy today. Last week was tougher than I thought. I really felt the next few days. My legs are definitely feeling a lot stronger after focusing on more a of a total body workout rather than arms. I feel in a lot better physical/muscular shape.
Week 6 Day 2
-Today's lift was fine . Really overloaded the legs today. Tomorrow should be interesting.
