5 x 3 minutes Hard Indoors

Comments:
4 mile warm-up, drills, and then 5 x 3 minutes hard. I went on the treadmill for mine to not aggrevate the soreness in the left calf...so that worked out well as i did not really feel anything at all. The first 4 intervals I ran at 5:00 /mi pace and the last was 4:52 ish. Thats right, you can oficially break 5 on the new treadmills!! 3 mile cool-down. Hips, abs, stretching, icing.
