felt really good today and had a good workout. i felt like i could have done 3 or 4 more afterwards, but then i did hurdles, core, weights, and med ball throws and i was basically dead. 2:30 rest, splits were (29.7--29.3--28.5--28.6--28.7--28.0--27.6--27.0)
