Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started warming up early on the track and got in a little over three. Than two more warming up to the hill. Then 15 repeats. We did not really go moderate but consequently did have a good workout. I was pretty drained after..and just cooled down until my total hit 12 miles. Then 2 sets of lifting, hips, stretching, icing.
