Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Is what steve and I were told by a young woman walking down the forest hills blvd. hill...we were each wearing about 5 layers so hey, if that gets ya..lol. but anyway, we kind of went all over and then ran up in some nicer east cleveland neighborhoods. then we went a bit farther than planned and it took us a while to get back. what resulted was quite the adventure run...and two long runs in one week.
