Havnt been to Frorest hills in a long time. It was nice to go back. Ran alone mid day. Down Mayfield, regular forest hills loop, down lee, down fairmount, back to top of the hill.
Started out at nice pace. I felt pretty good. When I got to lee, had to switch between road and sidewalks. On Fairmount ran almost all sidewalks. They werent shoveled and the instability started to irritate my knees. They were tight when I got back. Kinda pissed that people dont shovel! I forgot how bad it is. Im going to just run down the road now. Its so frustrating.
Got back, saw the sledders leaving. I had to stretch, so I did hips, back, and 2 hammies. Then stretched and did planks. Ill ice later on. The stretching felt really good. Also more L7 later.
