I wanted to switch my long run to sunday and mine for last week was thursday...so i didn't go as long but this will be my long run for this week. It was a good run...just incredibly cold, especially on the way back with the wind. Ended at fribs the run was north park and far up shelburne. abs, hips, stretching, rolling
