Lifted Bench Press 2 sets of 10 @70 lbs. last set 7 at 70 lbs. It was hard. Daddy is out of shape. He's going to get in shape and skinny and build some muscles back up. And continue to eat right. Daddy wasn't always eating right, he got fat. Daddy got lazy.
