Trying out the new yoga routine thing in this month's RW Magazine. It claims it will really help so, Im all for it. First run through of the set didnt really hurt but the second time, definitely felt it. Hopefully this will help, as Im discovering I dont really have that much leg strength. Just alot of cardio and a big stride haha. They also featured a strength building article for your core with med balls, and body wait/resistance type training. Gonna try that out after championships; dont wanna push it too much during the season; especially now as Im pretty close to breaking 5, which is the main reason Im giving these routines a try.
