Felt awesome today. One of my best workouts ever. I ran the first 4 miles at 6:05 pace and then the last 4 miles at 5:45 pace with the last mile in 5:34.
My achilles was a little sore but its getting better thats for sure. Day off tomorrow then speed work Monday.
