Comments:
had an avocado smoothy, felt bad before race, did a baby puke (had to swallow cause there was no garbage around, then did the 2 mile. it felt really easy for the 1st mile, i kept surging then getting comfortable, then it got harder, and my stomach felt awful, a couple people pushed me through the last few laps, and i finished at 10:03 in 1st, then puked about 12 times after the race. then went for a cooldown with noah, then the 800 was next, i ran a 2:10.we came in second in the 4x800 still cant seem to get a pr in it. then i did a cooldown with austin, and figured out our team came in 1st and the girls got third. good meet overall.
