Comments:
went from dc down old hartford to occ.. started the 2 minute warning workout.. going 50..40..30 with the same amout of recovery in between each.. covered around 600 meters each set. we did 3 sets during the run... good turnover workout. back to dc and did a circuit workout on the weight machines.
