1 x 300 @ (50.2) race pace with 3 min.
1 x 600 @ (1:54.5) with 5 min. w/400m jog
3 x 200 @ (31.5, 31.99, 33.0), 1 min.
Cool Down 2 miles

I was feeling kind of nervous for this one because I was up late last night and a little tired. It showed some, but not too much. Felt pretty good but took the first set of 200's too fast. Didn't push mentally during the second 6 which is where I really need to focus. Gotta get that for Saturday's race. Mental focus.

Ice bath afterwards.

Sleep: 6 hrs + a 25-30 min nap before practice
RHR: 44 when I woke up from the nap
