Comments:
Good 5 x 3 minutes hard workout. Cater and I almost made 1000m the first two and then made it on 3 and 4 and went about 1050 on 3. I was able to test out my race pace for sat so it was good. Things felt good. Lifting, abs, hips, ice bath.
