easy run and little workout

ran with sam, then did 2 200s, 6 100s, and 1 more 200. hit my time on the 100s, a little off on a couple of the 200s though. feeling pretty good, been doing abs most nights. Still not feeling terribly busy from sweeney todd practice and managing time pretty well.
