With Tim, Kamalsky, decided to do the workout on MLK

15 min tempo w/3 min recovery, 10 min tempo w/2 min recovery, 5 min tempo, with Tim for the first interval, about an inch of snow on the trail, so it was runnable until we hit the lake, made our way through the parking to about the first bridge, dropped Tim on the second interval, he said that his legs were toast, last one was also by myself, decent workout
