1 mile warm-up, Ran the mile. 5:26. Not awful. Ran in flats because I was worried about my foot sprain from last week. Was not an issue. I was also sick all week. So i'll take it and continue to make progress. And pick up my mileage again. 2 mile cool-down. Boom.
