Comments:
2 mile warm-up at 8:34 pace, followed by 15 mins of 30 on (5:42 pace) and 30 off (8:34). Felt good but it was quick. The idea is to get the legs comfortable running fast. HR got up to 162-165 during the off and didn't come all the way down during the off (150-155).
