Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
By the time I was able to get out, the sidewalks were ice pretty much. I'll try a gain tomorrow, but I just did a 50 minute elliptical. I think we were supposed to have something kinda hardish today, so I did 15 minute warm up, then 6x5 minutes fast/at a high resistence, then 15 minute cooldown. Followed by crunches and some strength work.
