Warmed up outside with Tim while Carter stayed in, Medium drill series

Veale Track
2 min interval at faster than race pace w/2 min recovery, 3 * 800m w/1 min recovery, 4 min recovery, 3 * 400m w/30 sec. recovery, 3 min recovery, 3 * 200m w/30 sec. recovery, started out with Tim and Carter, lead the first interval, a bit quick and we finished around 650m, Tim fell off during the 800s, so Carter and I finished the workout together, Coach showed up after our first 800, she wanted us to push the 400s a bit, which turned out better than expected, felt pretty good, got to get used to the indoor air though, splits: 650m, 2:31, 2:32, 2:32, 1:09, 1:10, 1:13, 0:36, 0:34, 0:33

350m after the 2 min, 400m after the 800s, 300m after the 400s.

Cooled down outside with Tim, nice and easy, 30 Ibis, butt exercises, lift, 10 min ice bath during which we talked about desserts.
