Comments:
The Medium drill series. 1x600 goal 32/69 then 3x400 goal of 35/37 with 3 min rest after each. Rest kept getting screwed up because of an apparent lack of watches, so shot for paces faster than originally planned. Splits were (1:42.3(31.00/71.3), 70.9(34/36), 70.3, 67.01(35/32)). Okay with how I ran the workout but not the workout itself. Not the kind of running that will help anyone much in the long run. Low mileage for the day too means it'll be a low week for sure.

Minimal stretch afterwards. Talked with coach to make sure I was running the mile on Saturday. I am now.

Last night I had a dream where I ran in two track meets (different days, all in one dream though). The first one I ran a 4:41. Not realistic but I was happy with it. The second one I ran in the high 4:40's (I think 4:49). Gave me a race plan for this Saturday too. Looking forward to the Obelisk meet.
