Ambitious?

Skipped the morning run. My achillies is still pretty sore and I was up kinda late last night doing homework so I decided it was probably better just to forgo it this morning.
Coming in yesterday and throughout today I was really doubting this workout. It seemed insane. Theres no way I could do 4x1200 in 3:10 running 60/65/65. I didn't even think I can do one. So I talked to coachL and she switched it to just one 1200 and 3 600's afterward basically just knkocking off a quarter from the first 1200. I was still pretty skeptical about going through with this even on the starting line.
Boy am I glad I just sucked it up and went with it and put myself out there. It ended up being a huge confidence boost for me showing that I'm in pretty good shape for right now. I couldn't quite get to 3:10 but I did run 3:11 and my splits were 60/66/64 so just the points put me over! I was even kinda pissed I wasn't able to pull out the 31 low that I needed in the last lap. I was really happy that I was able to bring it down even that last 400. So basically I was pumuped with how it went.
Took a bunch of rest and then did the 600's with 3min rest. They went pretty well. The first one I did the 30 first and then kinda settled in on the pace and the other 2 I ran mile pace for the quarter and then tried to finish hard the last 200. I'm very happy with the times. They weren't all right at 1:35 but I attribute that to running in lane 3 at some points when people were all over the track.
My achillies was painful but nothing that hindered me and its definitly not getting dramatically worse overtime which is awsome. I'm really excited with how today went and it bodes well for the weekend.
Splits: 3:11.56 (60/66/64), 1:36.37 (31/65), 1:35 (65/30), 1:37 (66/31)
Warmup included a 2 minute tempo pace segment
