Weather: 28, snowing

Comments:
9 x campus loop. Added 8x 100m strides on the last one. Felt pretty decent. Tried not to think too much about Saturday's race.

On a side note, my "extras" have been off lately. I put that in quotes because I feel like they really aren't an option. I need every tenth of a second I can get to be closer to being a competitor at this level and they're one of the things that I'm pretty sure will help me get there. Hopefully all will go well on Saturday and this won't be a concern but I still need to work on my scheduling. The other issue I have is getting myself out the door before it gets late in the day. This isn't so much of an issue on the weekends or MWF, but Tuesdays and Thursdays I should be getting my run in earlier than I have been. If I take my mileage much above 60 I'll also probably do some doubling on Tuesday/Thursday because my Monday and Wednesday schedule is full 9:30-2:00pm minimum.
