Shakedown to Northside and back.  Then did some more warm-up jogging interspersed with some quicker stuff (300 @ 50.7, 200 @ 33.2, 100 @ 15.4).  I feel like that was a good warmup, I just need to do it closer to my race.  When I finished with that, I was feeling really sharp and on top of my game so I just have to do it a little closer to race time.  I did another 4x100 strides in my spikes at 15.high and a couple shorter strides right before my race.
Splits from mile: (35, 69, 1:44-5, 3:02, 3:40, 4:56.2)
Didn't do a good enough job pushing myself.  PR by 3.5 seconds though, which I'm happy with for now. I'm not thrilled, but it's a step in the right direction.  Wish we could have won, but we'll get the Obelisk back next year.
Did a mile cooldown on the mill with Grogan and another mile and a quarter with Jeff and Chris K.
