Comments:
5x "tempo" 800's. Went: 2:38, 2:38, 2:39, 2:38, 2:35. None of these were all out, but they felt harder than they should've. Not real happy with it but it was okay. Did 2x 100m after pretty hard but not maxed @ 14.33, 14.88. got kicked off the track area by the baseball team though it wasn't yet 6:30. I have a feeling that that's going to get annoying in the future. Going to try to work some shorter legspeed stuff into my schedule. Doubling on Tuesday and Thursday probably isn't the best idea right now, so I'll do sets of burpees and the like in the mornings to work on explosiveness and get a little cardio in. Going to be a busy week.

Lift: Sprints Day 1 + extra pull ups and box jumps
Abs: Plank Leg lifts, side bridge scissors, plank hand walk-outs

Ice bath after.
