warm up to au, drills, 10 striders.
mile felt hard could've gone more, but solid effort. I think 738 if I remember correctly. 800 was hard, agian couldve gone more but more than the mile. 236 on the watch (yucky time, I know). Then Will paced me for a 134 400. Overall not terrible, its a winter workout, would like to be further along but not worried. Its nice to have a workout like this to get legs to remember how to run the 3 events, even if not incredibly fast, and how to approach them. Crunches after! guesstimating workout time.
