Comments:
Ran with Drew out to the shoe tree and back along Euclid today in the PM. I was sore after hurdles this morning, but with some BioFreeze I felt fine on the run. We went at an ever pace in the slush.
Got back and did hips, back and hammies upstairs while the sprinters were doing Strongman. Then I stretched and iced my back for a little bit. Definitely more icing tonight and L7. Didnt lift today. Might do it after long run but my legs are pretty sore. I jumped up this week.
