east side crossover

February 4, 2011 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Havnt done a true eastside crossover in a long time. Ran at 4 with Grogan, Kaitlin, and Alyssa. Pretty standard the roads were slushy and so were the sidewalks but the footing seemed better than usual.

Got back, witnessed a full blown bball game while doing 4 striders. Those felt pretty good! Got some cheers and encouragement. Didnt go down to do the 2nd lift. I have been sore lately, and I want to be ready for the workout tomorrow. I might do it after swimming, but probably not. I also didnt do a true long run this week. With 3 workouts, and a lot of miles on Wed its hard to fit it in. I do plan on doing one next week, and swim again on Wed morning (I am going to miss hurdles next week)

Next stretched, abs w/ Alyssa, and L7. My legs and abs are feeling good sore, and my back is a little tight, but I think its going pretty good considering the way workouts went this week.
