Comments:
Planned to run about 11, but got booted just after 5 miles because someone else needed the mill. I was feeling pretty sick when I woke up this morning, and didn't feel like running outside, even though the weather was nicer than usual. When I got booted, I was going to go back to the treadmill after the next person finished, but instead decided to make it a recovery day since I've generally been pretty tired lately. Hopefully this will make next week's workouts and the B-W meet go well if I start sharp on Monday.
