Felt good on the warmup, thought it was gonna be a good day. Then my back started hurting, weird I know. As i started warming up outside with some sprints and easy running my legs actually started to feel kinda sore somehow, couldnt get them to wake up. In the mile had 2 goals: win and break 5. Didnt do either, very mad. Tried to go out right behind the leaders, lasted for 3 laps then I was done. Stupid shit, the ice bath last night screwed me over slightly, I should have run the race my way not the leaders way as they ran 4:48...if I woulda did my normal strategy probs coulda broke 5. Live and learn i guess. Still pr'd by 6 seconds but very frustrating. Bullshitted the 4x400 haha. Taking off til Monday.
